How do I create a store?+
Sign up for a free account, create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram, paste the bot token, and run /setup with your setup code. Your store is live in under 5 minutes.
What payment methods are supported?+
AIStor supports cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 100+ coins) and traditional payments via PayPal. Configure either or both from your store settings.
Is it really free?+
Yes. The free tier includes 1 store with unlimited products and unlimited orders. No credit card required, no hidden fees. We'll introduce a Pro plan in the future for multi-store and team features.
Can I use my own domain?+
Not yet, but custom domain support is on our roadmap. For now, your store lives on your Telegram bot and you manage it through the AIStor web dashboard.
How do customers find my store?+
Share your Telegram bot link (t.me/YourBotName) on social media, your website, or anywhere you reach customers. Anyone who opens the link can browse and buy directly in Telegram.
