1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AIStor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AIStor provides a platform for creating and managing digital storefronts on Telegram. You can list digital products, accept payments via cryptocurrency (NOWPayments) and PayPal, and deliver digital goods automatically to customers.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the products you sell and must comply with all applicable laws.
• You must not sell illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited goods.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and bot tokens secure.
• You must not use the service to spam, harass, or abuse others.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party gateways (NOWPayments, PayPal). AIStor does not hold or process payments directly. You are responsible for configuring your payment credentials and for any fees charged by payment processors.

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion includes a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

AIStor is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIStor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
